Steps for Planning an Office Visit
- Please complete the above RSM Visit Form no later than one month prior to your arrival date. If it is not fully completed, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your visit as our clients and sales team are quite busy. Many offices only allow “lunch & learn” presentations, which book up months in advance – so competition for these time slots is fierce.
- Contact Marissa Bejar via email at email@example.com or phone (604) 942 2232 to confirm your appointment. Do not book through members of our outside sales team; they may not be aware of other events planned.
The suggested itinerary for your visit is as follows:
Day 1 Arrive in Vancouver – staff training at Coquitlam and Downtown Vancouver office locations
Day 2 Sales Calls in Vancouver – travel to Victoria and or Kamloops in the evening
Day 3 Sales Calls in Victoria and/or Kamloops – depart in the evening
